EXERCISES

  • Existing buildings are digitised in teams of two and the individual teaching content is worked on using the virtual building model. At the end of the ArchiCAD teaching focus (middle of the semester), all necessary plan drawings and calculations must be created and submitted in accordance with an application for planning permission. (see DVOSächsBO)
  • Site plan, distance areas, floor plans, sections, views, area and room contents according to DIN277, calculation of GRZ and GFZ, proof of built-up area

MASTER - A912 - BIM master's module (interdisciplinary, cross-faculty)

  • "Role play" with specialist planner interaction, BIM-compliant modelling of an existing building with distributed roles (architecture, structural engineering, building services, façade, BIM coordination, BIM management, construction process, construction operations, life cycle assessment LCA, etc.)
