Saxon University Sports Festival 2025

The summer highlight of Saxon university sport will take place in Rothenburg/ O.L. from 13 to 14 June 2025: Every two years, members of many Saxon universities compete against each other in sporting competitions at this multi-sport event. The focus is on having fun with exercise. Register now until 29 May 2025.

It's finally time again: the summer highlight of Saxon university sport, which is held every two years at a different university location, is taking place again, this time at the Saxon Police University in Rothenburg/O.L..

In addition to the regular Saxon university championships in quattro beach volleyball (mixed), small-sided football, 3x3 basketball, table tennis (singles/doubles), roundnet/spikeball and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, you can also look forward to unusual and varied competitions:

• Neisse Adventure Race: an adventurous team competition with rubber dinghies and obstacles
• Archery duathlon: a combination of tactical running, cycling and archery
• Darts tournament: precision and concentration in a relaxed atmosphere

On Saturday, 14 June 2025, you will also have the opportunity to earn the German Sports Badge.

PARTY!!!
After the first competitions, there will be a big party on Friday evening where all participants and guests are welcome! With a live band and DJ, the party will go on into the night.
