BIMcloud
The Architecture degree programme has an ArchiCAD BIMcloud.
This allows projects to be worked on together as a team. Authentication is required to connect to the server. The server can be accessed from ArchiCAD (within the university network*) via the following address
http://fas-bimclmgr.htwk-leipzig.de:18008
The projects on the server should always be saved locally (on your own storage medium). The projects are deleted at the end of the semester without further notice to ensure capacity for the following semester
GRAPHISOFT offers updates of the current version several times a year.
As we also have to install these updates on the computers in the studios and in the pool, as well as the servers, we specify when the update can be installed on your own computers, as otherwise there may be problems with teamwork and server access.
* External access to the server is possible via VPN connection.
