Sächshsfg § 91 (3) Study commission

... (3) The Study Commission advises the Dean on the organisation of teaching and studies. It must be consulted before the study and examination regulations are drawn up and amended. It must convene if one third of its members so request. With regard to its tasks, it has a right of initiative in the Faculty Council. Its resolutions on the organisation of teaching and study operations are binding unless the Faculty Council decides otherwise with a majority of two thirds of its members.
